Water Treatment Process Solutions

DAF Unit

A system that enables the separation of solid matter by flotation using dissolved air, based on density difference, through skimmers. It is one of the most important pieces of equipment in industrial wastewater treatment processes.

Mikrodisk Filtre

A filtration equipment designed for industrial recycling systems in the range of 5 to 500 microns. It is used to reduce TSS (Total Suspended Solids).

Filter Press

Equipment used in dewatering units to remove concentrated sludge from the system.

Sedimentation Tank

A treatment equipment used in sedimentation systems that enables the separation of suspended solids from water by settling them under the effect of gravity.

Aeration Systems

Ensures the delivery of oxygen required for bacteria and microorganisms to survive and carry out the treatment process in biological discharge wastewater treatment systems, via a blower.

Penstock

Penstocks are used as flow control equipment in water structures and channels at treatment facilities.

Surface Piping

Pumping station surface piping systems ensure the transfer of wastewater to biological package treatment plants.

Vacuum Pump Piping

Ensures the efficient air transfer to vacuum tanks.

Steel Raw Material Silos

Ensures the safe storage of aluminum sulfate and lime powder.

Polyelectrolyte Preparation Unit

Polyelectrolyte is a long-chain polymer that becomes charged (anionic, cationic, or nonionic) when dissolved in water. Thanks to this property, it brings together small particles in water to form flocs (clumps). The polyelectrolyte unit is used to prepare, dissolve, and dose the polyelectrolyte chemical into the system at the correct rate.

Basket Screen

Located at the inlet structure of wastewater treatment systems. Ensures the removal of coarse waste.

Control Room

Sections in industrial wastewater treatment facilities that house the inlet and outlet valves, faucets, drainage pipes, and sampling taps for water. Designed as a separate compartment from the water storage areas.

Self-Cleaning Mechanical Screen

Located at the inlet structure of the wastewater treatment facility. Ensures the removal of coarse waste found in the wastewater from the system.

Electrical Automation & SCADA Systems

In treatment facilities, automation and SCADA systems ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted management of processes. Thanks to PLC-based automation infrastructure, pumps, blowers, mixers, and other equipment are automatically controlled and optimized. With the SCADA system, the entire operation of the facility can be monitored and managed from a central screen. Critical process parameters such as flow rate, pH, level, and dissolved oxygen are tracked in real time, and potential faults and alarms are detected rapidly.
