Product Storage Silo
Manufactured for the storage and process transfer of products such as flour, salt, sugar, lime, and similar materials. In addition to being produced from stainless steel as shown in the image, it can also be manufactured using different types of materials required by process conditions. Depending on the product characteristics, equipment such as vacuum breakers, jet filters, and level sensors can be mounted on it. Product filling is carried out in accordance with silo tanker and pneumatic conveying principles, while transfer to the process is also achieved via a pneumatic conveying system. Viblo-based binactuators and additional pneumatic fluidizing pads are used to ensure smooth product flow without adhesion to the silo walls. Can be manufactured in dimensions and storage capacities suitable for the desired output.
Bag Emptying Bunker
The process begins by bringing powdered products in BIG-BAG sacks and placing them on top of the bunker. The rubber diaphragm on top of our bunker ensures dust-tight sealing. The bottom discharge outlet of the BIG-BAG, which enters the chamber located beneath the rubber diaphragm, is manually opened via the chamber door. Immediately after opening, the chamber door is closed to maintain dust-tight sealing. The product is discharged into the bunker without any dusting and transferred to the process. This equipment is manufactured from carbon steel. It can also be manufactured from stainless steel materials depending on process requirements and the product.
Rotary Autoclave
A piece of equipment manufactured from AISI 316L quality stainless steel, operating under conditions of 20 bar and 180 degrees, used for the homogeneous mixing and cooking of the products inside. The design processes were carried out and manufactured in accordance with EN13445 directives and CE certification processes. Manufactured together with the chassis housing the drive unit and riding rings, with assembly work completed accordingly. Power transmission in the drive unit is achieved through a steel coupling connection and pinion-lantern gear power transfer.
